Internet
Free Wi-Fi internet access, is available throughout the hotel. The codes appear on a sign, in front of the reception’s desk.
If you do not have a computer with you, free Laptops or Tablet PCs are available. Contact us for more information.
Room televisions are also connected to the existing network. It should be understood by visitors that depending on its use (beyond any technical problems of the COSMOTE provider itself) there may be an overload and therefore a decrease in speed or even interruption. We are constantly striving to improve our services, within the measures of our capabilities.
Laundry Service - Dry Cleaning
Our hotel undertakes to send your laundry to a dry cleaning service (external partner). In your room, you can find a special printed form to fill out as well as bags for laundry.
* Caution: The hotel is not responsible for services provided by external partners, such as dry cleaning.
Washing and drying is also possible on our own laundry machines (after filling in a special printed form found in your room) for a charge of € 15.00 per wash-drying.
Food Service in Packaging
Our hotel offers a package meal in case of a day trip. Consultation must take place at least 1 day in advance.
Driver / Transport Service
The only option available upon request is to use the village’s TAXI at a rate you will agree with the driver.
First Aid & Medical Aid
In the event of an injury, our reception will assist you with our first aid kit. In addition, there is a pharmacy near our hotel in case you need advice or medication, which we will order for you. If you need help during pharmacy hours, our staff will be happy to assist you in finding a service. In case of a serious situation, please contact the reception. We will contact then the Polygyros General Hospital immediately and coordinate the necessary actions. Contact the reception (100 or 108) for more information.
Pets
Unfortunately, your favorite pets can’t accompany you to our hotel. Apart from the fact that our hotel has a dog named Tommy and a kitten named Mia, we tried in the beginning to accept pets, but it turned out to be wrong. We could in no way ensure the standards of cleanliness we follow, since pets by their nature want to leave their mark. Besides, some as they say, but trust us most of the customers, do not even feel comfortable with the idea of a pet in the room or in the bed.
Do not Disturb / Please make the Room
There is a double-sided card in the closet of your room. When you want your room to be cleaned, please hang the card on the outer handle of the door, pointing to the “maket the room” side. In case you wish to avoid disturbing you, we suggest hanging the card on the side that indicates “do not disturb”.
Excursions & Guides
At the start of your first day of stay, you will be provided with a map of the area or beyond, with plenty of information, directions and recommendations for locations and activities. Various information on hiking trips and sightseeing such as museums, also. If you wish, we could plan day trips to out-of-county areas or even organizing the rest of your trip.

Pool
Enjoy our small swimming pool during the summer. Although extremely small, it offers an incredible experience of relaxation and rejuvenation.
To use the pool requires prior use of the shower, which is very close.
Caution: Do not swim at night and after eating or drinking. Opening hours: 09:00 – 19:00
Be aware of the suitability of water before use.
Dives and any violent water displacement are prohibited.
It is forbidden to dispose of any organic discharge as well as its use by persons with a communicable disease or open wound.
Sunbeds & Umbreallas
Sun beds are available on site, as well as umbrellas available to guests free of charge, to take away.
Swimming Pool's & Beach Towels
There are colored pool / beach towels for your personal use that you can request from us. Please do not use the room’s towels on the beach or in the pools.
